                   A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS 
                   PERMIT FOR AN R-1 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 
                   ON A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 1935 JENKINS 
                   ROAD, BEING ON THE NORTHWEST LINE OF JENKINS 
                   ROAD NORTHEAST OF IGOU GAP ROAD, MORE 
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby granted a 
       Special Exceptions Permit for an R-1 Planned Unit Development on:
       
                 A tract of land located at 1935 Jenkins Road, being 
                 on the northwest line of Jenkins Road northeast of 
                 Igou Gap Road.  Lot 1, Legend Hills Subdivision, as 
                 shown by plat of record in plat book 52, page 110, 
                 ROHC; being the properties described in deed book 
                 4334, page 339, ROHC, and deed book 4334, page 341, 
                 ROHC.  Tax Map No. 159B-B-1 and 159B-C-4.
                 
       	         BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval shall be 
       subject to the following conditions:
       	         1.   Subject to building streets to City standards.
       	         2.   Subject to dedication of right-of-way as 
       	    	      required by City Traffic Engineer.
       	         3.   All existing easements are retained.
